I thought this would make a good idea for a card to support the low level Synchros, and make them easier to summon. This let's you just bring out your monster and go. Thoughts?

This would be useful! For example a Level 4 synchro could be brought out with this card and either a Level 3 or 4 monster. It would give some versitility to synchro summonig. The discarded card effect makes it fairly balanced too.
