Edit: Just realized that in the picture of the card it looks like it says 2 Level 8 Thunder-Type Monsters, but just to clarify it actually says 2 Level 3. Thanks

Sorry there's no picture, but I couldn't find one that I felt would fit. Thought I would try to give the Watt archtype some resurrection power in the form of a XYZ.

This is the missing piece Watt decks have been aching for. They can get cards from their deck no sweat, but nothing can pull them from the Graveyard yet. Killer ressurection effect, and nicely done.

This is actually a smart idea! The watts don't have a XYZ monster yet, and nothing fits the ressurection effect better than a Phoenix. Great way to display an archtype in dire need of this kind of card.
